Jeb Keiper served as Nimbus Therapeutics’ CEO from 2018-2025, having joined in 2014 previously serving as CBO and CFO. Since joining, Mr. Keiper has overseen the discovery and development of three programs into clinical testing across a range of indications, raised over $600M in equity funding, executed deals worth over $7B, and returned over $4B in gains back to equity holders. Jeb is an independent board director for Cardurion Pharmaceuticals, ROME Therapeutics, and Life Science Cares. Prior to Nimbus, Jeb spent a decade at GSK, ultimately as VP of Oncology BD. Jeb began his career at Pfizer as a bench chemist. He received four degrees from MIT in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, and an MBA.
