Diana Francis joined Atlas Venture in 2016 and serves as controller.

Prior to joining Atlas, Diana was an audit manager in the Alternative Investments practice at KPMG, LLP. In that role, Diana oversaw the financial statement audits of various private equity funds, venture capital funds, fund of funds, hedge funds, and college endowments.

Diana received her BS in Corporate Finance and Accounting from Bentley University, where she graduated magna cum laude with a minor in psychology. She received her Masters in Taxation from the McCallum Graduate School of Business at Bentley University. She is a CPA in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Outside of the office, Diana enjoys going on adventures with her husband, son, and miniature poodle.
