Jeff is an EIR and the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Business Officer of a Stealth NewCo at Atlas Venture. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer at XOMA Royalty, which was acquired by Ligand Pharmaceuticals, as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Obsidian Therapeutics, and as Chief Financial Officer at Cullinan Therapeutics, where he helped the company raise approximately $725 million in equity proceeds across Series C, IPO, and PIPE financings and secure approximately $300 million of non-dilutive BD capital. Jeff began his career in investment banking and gained additional biotech experience at Alexion Pharmaceuticals before joining Cullinan. He holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a B.S. from Cornell University.
