Samantha Singer
Entrepreneur in Residence; Chief Executive Officer and President, Stealth NewCo

Samantha Singer is an EIR and the CEO and President of a Stealth NewCo. She has more than twenty-five years of experience in corporate development, operations and company creation. Samantha was most recently the founding CEO and President of Abata Therapeutics, which she launched from her work as an EIR at Third Rock Ventures. During her time at TRV, she also served as the interim COO for Thrive Earlier Detection (acquired by Exact Sciences) and Celsius Therapeutics (acquired by AbbVie). Previously, Samantha was the COO of the Broad Institute and, before that, she led Biogen’s corporate strategy team and served as Chief of Staff for the CEO. She also held leadership roles in global supply chain and in organization effectiveness at Biogen. Earlier in her career, Samantha was a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group and then founded an independent consulting partnership focused on biotech companies and biomedical academic centers. In addition, Samantha currently Chairs the Board of Directors for the Institute for Protein Innovation and previously served as an independent member of the Board of Directors for Rodin Therapeutics (acquired by Alkermes) and the 5:01 Special Acquisition Corp. She holds degrees in genetics from the University of Kansas (BS) and The Rockefeller University (MS) as well as an MBA from Harvard Business School.
