Wenlin is an EIR and Chief Development Officer of a Stealth NewCo. She has more than two decades of experience advancing innovative therapeutics from discovery through pivotal clinical trial, regulatory approval and lifecycle development, with expertise spanning oncology and rare diseases. Prior to joining Atlas, Wenlin most recently served as Senior Vice President and Head of Development at SpringWorks Therapeutics, where she oversaw the cross-portfolio development strategy and execution, including successful approval and launch of GOMEKLI®/EZMEKLY®. She then led the integration of SpringWorks’ R&D portfolio into Merck KGaA Healthcare following the acquisition. Previously, Wenlin held senior leadership roles at both AstraZeneca and Novartis, where she advanced multiple oncology programs from preclinical discovery to Phase II clinical proof-of-concept. Wenlin earned her Ph.D. in Experimental Medicine and B.Sc. in Biochemistry from McGill University. She completed her postdoctoral training at Harvard Medical School.
