Entrepreneur-in-Residence
Formerly SVP, Asset & Portfolio Leadership at Mariana Oncology, Caroline is now serving as an EIR at Atlas Venture. At Mariana Oncology, she built and led the portfolio and project leadership function and helped grow the pipeline of a discovery-stage radioligand therapy biotech until its acquisition by Novartis in 2024. She then facilitated the company’s integration into Novartis while helping drive its transition into a clinical-stage organization. Prior to Mariana, as SVP at SpringWorks Therapeutics, Caroline established the global development team and set strategy for development of Ogsiveo (nirogacestat), the first therapy approved for the treatment of patients with desmoid tumors, as well as investigational combination treatment in multiple myeloma. Earlier, as a founding team member and VP at Turnstone Biologics, she built the company’s clinical, regulatory, and program management functions and advanced three programs into the clinic. She began her career in oncolytic immunotherapy at Jennerex, where her clinical and translational research contributed to publications in Nature, Nature Medicine, and Science Translational Medicine. Caroline holds a Ph.D. from the University of Ottawa and a B.Sc. (Honours) from McGill University.
