Diana is an EIR and CEO of a Stealth NewCo. Prior to her current role, she served as an Entrepreneur Partner at MPM Capital. She is a physician scientist and company builder who has worked across therapeutic areas and modalities. Her executive leadership includes service as Independent Director and subsequent CEO of AlloVir, pioneering allogeneic cell therapies for chronic viral infections. Her industry career began at Merck and subsequently she rose to Senior Vice President and Therapeutic Area Head of Virology at Gilead, where over more than a decade she oversaw the development and launch of multiple transformative therapies including Sovaldi®, Harvoni®, Epclusa®, Vosevi®, Vemlidy®, Biktarvy®, Veklury® (remdesivir), and Sunlenca®. She is currently on the boards of Nektar (NASDAQ: NKTR) and Affinia Therapeutics. Diana received an M.D. from Tulane University School of Medicine, completed her residency and Infectious Diseases training at Massachusetts General Hospital, and was on faculty at Harvard Medical School where her research focused on HIV immunology and T-cell trafficking. She has authored more than 200 scientific publications.
