Eben is an EIR and CEO of Calixis. Previously, Eben was a co-founding team member of Kiniksa Pharmaceuticals, where he served in a series of executive roles — most recently as EVP and Chief Strategy Officer. Throughout his time at Kiniksa, Eben drove corporate strategy, business development, and operations. He led successful in- and out-licensing transactions, played a lead role in financings totaling over $850 million, and co-invented multiple granted patents in the Kiniksa portfolio. Prior to Kiniksa, Eben held business development and strategy roles at Synageva Biopharma, Civitas Therapeutics, Zalicus, Vertex Pharmaceuticals, and EPIX Pharmaceuticals. Eben holds a joint JD/MBA from Suffolk University, an MS in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University, and a BS in Behavioral Neuroscience from Northeastern University.
