Ellie Ronan joined Atlas in 2025 and serves as the firm’s Manager of Talent and HR Operations. In her role, she helps shape and execute the firm’s strategy for attracting top talent to its portfolio companies and supporting operational initiatives across the portfolio.

Prior to joining Atlas, Ellie was a Senior Associate at Perspective Group, an executive search firm specializing in the life sciences industry. She joined the firm in 2020 and played a key role in driving research and executing searches for clients across the biopharma and diagnostics sectors.

Ellie holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Richmond, where she also served as captain of the University’s Varsity Swimming and Diving team.

Outside of work, Ellie enjoys competing in triathlons, reading nonfiction biographies, and cheering on her beloved New England Patriots.
