Rubina is an Atlas Venture Advisor and Head of Technology at a Stealth NewCo. An accomplished professional in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries, she specializes in nucleotide chemistry and RNA delivery for therapeutics. Her knowledge encompasses drug discovery, formulations, peptides, oligonucleotides, carbohydrates, polymers, and lipid nanoparticles. Rubina most recently held the role of Vice President of Chemistry & Delivery Sciences at Intellia Therapeutics, where she led CRISPR platform development. Prior to that, she played key roles in siRNA development at Alnylam, Merck, and Sirna Therapeutics. With a strong track record in translating platform technologies into novel drugs, Rubina proves her expertise in discovery, preclinical development, tech transfer, process development, and strategic contributions to CMC and IP.
