Scott is an EIR and Chief Scientific Officer of a Stealth NewCo. Throughout his career he has focused on translating novel biological insights into innovative therapeutic strategies in both oncology and immunology. Previously, Scott was Vice President and Head of Discovery Biology at Blueprint Medicines, where he led biology across the company’s oncology and immunology portfolio and helped expand the pipeline into new modalities, target classes, and disease areas. Prior to Blueprint, Scott was Senior Vice President and Head of Biology at Accent Therapeutics, where he was an early employee and helped build the company and its discovery organization from inception, advancing multiple first-in-class programs targeting RNA-modifying proteins. Earlier in his career, Scott held leadership roles at Epizyme, contributing to the development of the EZH2 inhibitor tazemetostat and other epigenetic drug discovery programs. Scott received his Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Harvard University and his B.S. in Biology from MIT.
